The house is a rental and in need of a new roof sometime this year. It will also likely need some wood sheeting repair and trim repair. Also, I plan to have new gutters installed after the roofing project. I want to get started with estimates and see what I have to do for a building permit.

small leak in roof, last storm (a few days ago), believe that side of the roof needs replacing, so want an estimate on that, and then the complete roof written estimate also.

Currently have a welded rubber roof on a flat roofed home. I am considering a granular coated epdm roof installed over the existing roof(no tear off) with 1/2" insulation. I've been told the area is approx. 32 squares and that there is around 400 linear feet at the boundary with the mansard shingle roof. The shingles are in good shape and would only be replacing two rows of the shingles around the bottom of the upper mansard(sp?)
